Whether you’re a seasoned player or just love the game, our Adult Soccer League is the perfect way to stay active, relieve stress, and connect with others who share your passion.
Enjoy the fast-paced fun of the game while sharpening your skills, making new friends, and being part of a team again. This isn’t just about competition—it’s about community, camaraderie, and having a great time on the field.

FALL SOCCER
Team Registration:
- Open to men and women, ages 18 and up
- Players must register individually and can register as part of a team or as an individual
Season Details:
- Registration is open from June 22 - August 30
- Season runs mid September through early November
- Games are played on Sundays starting at 1:30pm
- A single-elimination tournament will be held at the end of the season.
- Games are hosted at the Hickory and/or Conover branches
Game Format:
- Games are played 7v7 and you must have a minimum of 5 on the field to not forfeit
- At least one female player must be on the field at all times
- Shin guards and cleats (no metal spikes) are required at every game
The Y will provide a uniform shirt for the season
