Child Watch

Please note the Child Watch Schedule beginning January 1, 2017 will be:
Monday through Saturday 8am-1pm
Monday through Thursday 4-8pm

  • FREE up to 1 1/2 hours for Family Memberships
  • $2.00 Guest Charge for Non-Family Memberships (Adult must be a member)
  • $5.00 Guest Charge for all non-members
  • For ages 6 weeks - 8 years of age

Wellness & Fitness

Because we know that healthy lifestyles are achieved through nurturing mind, body and spirit, well-being and fitness at the includes more than just working out. In addition to our physical fitness classes and activities, we provide educational programs to promote healthier decisions, and offer a variety of programs that support physical, intellectual and spiritual strength.

Youth Development

We believe the values and skills learned early on are vital building blocks for life. Because of the Y, more young people in neighborhoods around the nation are taking a greater interest in learning and making smarter life choices. At the Y, children and teens learn values and positive behaviors, and can explore their unique talents and interests, helping them realize their potential. That makes for confident kids today and contributing and engaged adults tomorrow.

Swimming Lessons

Swimming is a life skill as well as great exercise and a challenging sport. The Y offers swim lessons (for all ages), family swim, competitive swimming and diving teams, and many kinds of adaptive swim programs for kids with special needs, so we can all safely enjoy the pleasures of an aquatic environment.

Summer Camp

Camping, like many Y programs, is about learning skills, developing character and making friends. But few environments are as special as camp, where kids become a community as they learn both how to be more independent and how to contribute to a group as they engage in physical, social and educational activities.
