Everywhere you look these day you see ads for health and wellness programs.  Whether is it an infomercial or a billboard or just waiting in line at a store.  Wellness programs are always promising results to those who are willing to try it.  At the Y, we offer wellness programs designed to meet your needs.  Not just some cookie cutter program you see on television or print ads.

The YT offers individualized programs for members of the Y.  You can take advantage of as many or as few opportunities are you choose.  Not everyone enjoys every single offering we have, but if you try out a bunch I am sure you will find some that you like.

One of our wellness programs is coaching coaching.  This is included in each membership at no additional cost.  It is a 6 week program where you will meet with a fitness to coach one time per week.  The coach will design 6 workouts for you walk you through each one.  At the end of the 6 weeks you will have 6 workouts to do to keep your workout fresh and exciting.

Another popular form of exercise of group exercise classes.  These classes are designed for people of all ages and abilities.  It gives you the chance to sweat it out with your friends and make new friends.  We offer classes such as yoga, pilates, zumba, spin, kickboxing, and more.  There is sure to be a class you will enjoy.

For those looking for a more targeted program, personal training is where it is at.  Personal training is meeting a with certified trainer who creates workouts for you and pushes you to get the results you desire.  These one on one sessions can be tailored to your specific needs and wants.  The goal of personal training is to help you reach your goal no matter what that goal is.

Wellness programs are one aspect of the Y.  The great thing is that there is no one program for every single person.  At the Y you can try and do whatever works for you.  You don’t have to be everyone else.  You can just be you.
