Nikki’s Monday class is Extreme Burn!
Extreme Burn is an total body burn. This high impact Tabata style workout will incorporate not only weights and other equipment, but your own body strength. This class is for all fitness levels.Extreme Burn is high impact workout increasing your heart rate for intervals of 30 seconds to a minute, then reducing your heart rate to a lower impact workout, repeating these steps throughout the entire workout. Extreme Burn focuses on Cardio and weight training incorporating moves for maximum effectiveness to combine in each workout creating a thorough and effective fitness routine. No matter what fitness level you’re at, this workout will challenge you and deliver results like no other workout.
