The body needs that time to help rebuild the muscles that you used they can be stronger for the next time you workout. The best way to do that is go to bed and get up at the same time each day. In the long run you will be glad you did.
Next think what you eat prior to working out. You will need carbohydrates since they are your energy source. If you have had limited carbs today think about ways to modify your workout. You have to be aware of what you put in your body if you want to be able to push it in a workout. Carbs such as fruit are a great way to get energy from a healthy source before a workout.
The warm up is vital to getting you ready to workout. You have to warm up all the muscles are you are going to be using. The elliptical or treadmill are great ways to warm up. Go for a walk and get that heart rate up just a bit in order to ready to workout.
The final pre-workout item to keep in mind is hydration. Be sure to drink plenty of water throughout the day and have a water bottle with you. You muscles need the water to operate properly. If you aren’t hydrated it is going to be difficult to get in the workout you came to do.
