YMCA Spring Fitness Challenge

If you’re looking for an opportunity to energize your workout routine, try something new or just need extra motivation to reach your fitness goals, join us for the Y Spring Challenge!

We challenge all our members to exercise three times per week for four weeks from May 1 – May 28th. Members will be entered in a drawing to win a fitness gift bag with fitness gear and a FREE three month membership.

Each branch will have a Y Challenge board for you to track your workouts. We challenge you to workout at least three times a week and try something new once a week. Get Started!!
