FITNESS PROGRAM - PFP is designed for members who have never
participated in an exercise program or have
not been in a consistent program for more
than a year. This program gradually
increases the amount of exercise you
complete in number and duration until you
are engaging in a full workout program by
the end of six weeks. At that time, you can
continue with the program or change to a
more progressive program. Our Total Health
coaches are here to help you along the way!

EXERCISE PRESCRIPTION - Even if don’t qualify for the Personal
Fitness Program, there’s no reason to go it
alone. Our Total Health Coaches can assist
you in designing a program that will
challenge you and help you to meet your
individual goals. To prevent plateaus in
your workout, it is recommended that you
have your program reassessed about every 3-4

FITNESS ASSESSMENTS - Measure your results. Blood
pressure, body fat, strength, cardiovascular
endurance and flexibility can all be tested
by our Total Health Coaches. Call to
schedule an appointment. No Charge for testing at
