Aerobic classes --- offered to
all members 16 and older, at no
additional charge. To meet the needs of
all of our members, we offer a variety of
classes, at various times and for various
levels of fitness:

Sports
Conditioning
Abdominals
Pilates
Kickboxing
Circuit
Toning
Yoga
and more!
Note: Beginner
classes are available. If you are not
able to attend a beginner class, please
schedule an appointment with the Fitness
Director to learn the basic moves.
