The YMCA of Catawba Valley acquired the Love-N-Care Child Development Center in April 2001. With this addition, the YMCA of Catawba Valley provides care for over 300 children in the area.
Over the last 31 years, Love-N-Care has been and continues to be a story of community cooperation, generosity and love. Financial support has also been provided by organizations such as the United Way.
The YMCA feels that learning should be fun, and that children learn best through play and hands-on activities, both planned and spontaneous. A variety of activities are incorporated into the daily routine to introduce and reinforce basic skills, in order to expand your child's horizons.
