Group Exercise 1

 

Abs  -This class focuses on the abdominals and lower back and then finishes with various stretches for relaxation.

Body Sculpt- Are you ready to define those muscles? Body Sculpt is ready to take you to the next level to sculpt your body into shape. Fatigue your muscles and see maximum results.

Cardio Sculpt  - Want to change your shape, add definition, and lose weight?  60 minutes of the instructor’s choice intensity cardio workout accompanied with weights and sculpting exercises is guaranteed to give you the results you want.

Circuit/Interval-If you are short on time and can't decide between cardio and strength training, why not do both? By combining intervals of step, hi/lo, kickboxing, sculpting, and core in a variety of techniques, the class keeps you constantly moving and wondering what will happen next. It is adaptable to all levels from beginner to advance.

Conditioning for Athletes- This class is geared toward off-season athletes who want to stay in shape and improve strength, balance and flexibility. 7th graders-adults are welcome.

Cycle Circuit – This high intensity class gets you on and off the bike to provide you with a full body workout both cardio and strength. Participants must arrive early(10 min) to set up their bike and get their exercise equipment ready.

Cycle Express - If you are pressed for time then this class is for you! Very intense workout during your lunch break.

Cycle/Tone Mix – Lets mix it up and combine a cardio intense cycle program and a Sculpting program into one class and get results. Participants must arrive early(10 min) to set up their bike and get their exercise equipment ready.

Hip-Hop Hustle- This class is a completely pre-designed hip-hop dance class that’s easy to follow.  Anyone can do the moves and make them their own!

Punch – For all levels. Add a little “oomph” to kickboxing.  Basic moves taught with an intense workout. Great for stress relief!!!

Step-N- Tone- f you are pressed for time then this class is for you!  It combines both cardiovascular and resistance training into one workout.  It keeps all your muscles (including the heart) going!

Step - Have fun stepping to music!  This class, geared toward the beginner and intermediate stepper, offers a variety of step combinations with optional power moves for increased intensity.

Spin it Out-  Cycling combined with a short bursts of weight lifting giving you relief from that saddle.

Sunrise Spinners- This is a cycle class for everyone. There are advanced moves for the seasoned rider as well as lot’s of instruction for the new rider. . Participants must arrive early(10 min) to set up their bike and get their exercise equipment ready.

Tone Express- Short on time, but trying to get that body you have always wanted. This class will get you the workout you need in the time you have.

Triple B- Spend a full hour toning and sculpting your muscles to fatigue. A head to toe workout using Balls, Bands and Bars. Take the challenge and see the results.

Turbo Kick- This workout combines shadow boxing, kickboxing, sports drills, dancing, yoga, and simple dance moves in a party atmosphere. Come join the highintensity fun!

Xtreme Cycle- Are you really committed to your workout? In one hour, you will ride like the wind and climb the highest mountain. Challenge yourself to go to the next level in your quest for Fitness.

Zumba-  (All Levels) Zumba combines high energy and motivating music with unique moves and combinations that allow the participants to dance their way into fitness.

Aqua Size- Come see what the splashing is all about!! Designed to give beginners or the experienced a great cardio workout !!!

Common Sense Self Defense-  Practical and efficient system that can be learned by just about anyone in any condition. The focus of this Program is to learn how to defend your self from larger and or multiple assailants.

Pilates- Learn how to lengthen your muscles by using the integration of spirit, mind and body. Apply principles of concentration, centering, control, precision, breath; and flow with powerhouse technique to improve all aspects of daily living.

Power Yoga- This yoga class focuses on strength and grace.

Silver Sneakers- This is an interactive, low impact fitness class specially programmed for seniors who are looking to stay active in a fun group class. Silver Splash and Yoga.

Yin Yoga- This yoga class holds each pose for 3-5mins.

Yoga-  This class is for a variety of “yogis” who seek to improve their practice. Improve flexibility, strength, and muscle tone along with stress reduction.  Classes are focused on connecting the body and mind through breathing meditation, and traditional Hatha yoga poses.

Yogalates - A strenuous technique that involves the stretching and strengthening of all the body's major muscle groups, creating a slender, streamlined shape rather than bulk. It enhances posture with its main focus being to strengthen the core postural muscles where the abdominal, lower back, pelvic floor and buttock muscles meet.

Yoga Exploration- Explore the body and breath, hip and shoulder openings and long stretches.  This is a for all levels.

Yoga w/an Edge- Emphasis on holding poses, engagement of the entire body, and breath work. Experience your personal edge, where comfort meets discomfort and becomes one. Leave feeling challenged and happy.
